A programme, not a list of sessions.
A logbook waits for you to write in it. An agogè runs for eight, ten or twelve weeks, and knows what you are doing next Tuesday.
Week 1 — you set the rule
Your days, your times, your length. At 6pm on Tuesday a notification arrives carrying the session and the day's load. Missed a session? It offers to move it, without comment.
Week 3 — the bar goes up, and says why
The app reads back your sets and decides: up 2.5 kg, hold, or deload. The decision always arrives with its sentence, and nothing is written until you have confirmed it.
Week 8 — the record, and where it came from
Caught set by set, marked in bronze. And since every load left its reason behind it, you can walk the whole path back to the start.
Eight weeks, line by line.
Click a week. A 5×5 bench press over two months: the load decided, and why. Failure and deload included.
What the others don't do
The watch and the phone hold the same set.
Not a delayed copy: the same state, live, in both directions — you saw it above. And if you leave the phone in the locker, the watch runs the session on its own.
Two sports answering each other, one calendar.
Strength on Tuesday and Friday, running on Sunday. One programme per discipline, one week to hold them together.
An AMRAP is not logged like a set of five, and a run is not logged like a superset: each discipline has screens of its own.
At the end of the cycle, you know what you gained.
Numbers, with their origin: the 1RM is shown with the dated set it came from.
Alone, or with your own. Same gym or not.
Holding eight weeks alone takes rare discipline. Found a temple: a private group, joined by QR code. No directory, no strangers.
You pass sessions around
A session you liked goes up on the temple wall, and the others take it whole — exercises, sets, repetitions, rest times, right down to the progression rule. They run it where they are, with their own loads.
And you set each other challenges
A challenge takes whatever shape you want: an AMRAP, a for time, a distance, a max on one movement, or several in a row. Everyone takes it when they can, where they can; Divine Recognition ranks the results.
Nobody needs to be in the same gym, at the same hour, or on the same programme.
No account, no server
Your data goes nowhere.
There is no account to create, because there is no server to create it on. Everything lives on your phone; iCloud is only a mirror, and its absence blocks nothing. The gym has no signal, and the app doesn't need one either.
What is free, what will be paid.
Free, with no time limit: the full session and the watch, the load calculation and its explanations, three programmes, the reminders, the curves, the records, the export of your data.
Prices have not been set. They will be written here before the first sale, not after.
The list

The app is not on the App Store yet: it has been in closed testing on TestFlight since 31 August 2026. Leave your address and you will get one message, on release day. It serves no other purpose.
